Clear answers about choosing a license, using your font and finding your downloads.
Which license should I choose?
Desktop covers everyday print and digital artwork. Webfont is for websites. Branding & Logo adds business identity and marketing. Extended adds apps and servers. Corporate covers larger company use. Compare all five licenses.
Can I use a font in a logo?
Desktop covers logos without trademark registration. Choose Branding & Logo or higher for a business logo that may be submitted for trademark registration. Registration is not guaranteed.
Do I need to buy Desktop with a larger package?
No. Branding & Logo includes Desktop and its stated web rights. Extended includes Branding & Logo, and Corporate includes Extended. Desktop and standalone Webfont can be combined.
Can I sell merchandise or use print-on-demand?
Yes: Desktop covers up to 20,000 physical items; Branding & Logo covers up to 1,000,000; Extended and Corporate have no unit limit. Limits are cumulative per font. POD must use fixed artwork.
Can I use the font for paid ads or monetized videos?
Choose Branding & Logo, Extended or Corporate. These cover paid digital advertising and monetized online content. TV, cinema, film and OTT productions need Corporate or a custom agreement.
Can I embed the font on a website?
Yes, with Webfont or an included website right in a larger package. Use the supplied webfont files and stay within the domain and monthly pageview limits. Website use does not automatically cover an app or public design tool.
Can I use it in an app, game or on a server?
Extended covers one app/game/software product and one production server. Corporate covers ten products and five servers. Public tools that let users generate designs with the font need separate written permission.
Can I sell e-books or templates?
Branding & Logo and higher cover unlimited e-book titles and template sales. Protect embedded fonts. Templates must use flattened or outlined artwork and must not include reusable font files or typeable font access.
Can I work for a client or share files with my team?
Yes, within the licensed users and one license holder. For an end client’s ongoing use, buy in that client’s name or contact us with the order number. Unrelated clients need separate licenses.
Is the license a subscription?
No. Payment is one-time and use has no expiry within your limits. Webfont pageviews are measured monthly; they are a usage limit, not a recurring payment.
Can I upgrade? What about an older purchase?
Contact us with your order number and the extra usage you need. We will confirm any upgrade price. Older purchases keep their original rights and selected tier; see earlier license terms.
How do I get my files?
After payment is confirmed, open My Account → Downloads. Also check your order page and purchase email. If a link is missing, contact us with your order number.
How do I install a font?
Extract the downloaded ZIP, then open the OTF or TTF file and choose Install on Windows or Install Font on macOS. Restart your design app. Use WOFF/WOFF2 files for licensed website embedding.
Which formats, languages and extra characters are included?
Check each product page and its font tester before buying. Formats and character coverage vary by font. Open your design app’s Glyphs panel to use any alternates or ligatures included in that font.
Can I convert, modify or resell the font?
You may customize outlined lettering in your artwork. Do not resell, share or make derivative font files. Use the supplied formats; contact us if you need another format.
Can I get a refund or help with a file?
Contact us with your order number and the issue. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable after access, subject to applicable rights. We will help with missing, incorrect or faulty files. See store terms.
